All stationery orders — including greeting cards, notebooks, and custom designs — are processed within 2–5 business days. Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada, and delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post or other reliable carriers.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
U.S. & International Shipping
We ship to the United States and select international destinations.
Delivery times and costs vary by destination and customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply once the order reaches its destination.
Local Pickup & Delivery (Toronto)
If you’re located in Toronto, local pickup or delivery may be available.
Pickup orders can be arranged by appointment — you’ll receive an email with details once your order is ready.
For local delivery options, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Processing times for custom stationery or personalized designs may be slightly longer.
Estimated ship dates will be confirmed during checkout or via email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
